Just a short note today with a big warm smile about our wonderful retreat that we just had in Lava Hot Springs. And possible dates for the fall. Right now we are looking at the second week in November. Please let me know if that is good for you.
Spring Yummies
Our spring Lava was really amazing. Thanks to all the sharing souls who came and created an amazing retreat. The retreat feels more and more like we are doing it together. I just love the feeling of everyone pitching in, and our voices and bodies in haromony in the dance circle.
The Thai Cooking class was beyond amazing. Daphne put together a team of “students” who not only learned her amazing recipes and techniques for Thai Cooking – but put out this spread for us! And she’s going to do it again in the fall.

Yes there is more! Wilderness Dance Camp is in just a few weeks on Flathead Lake in Montana. See you there!
