SUMMARY:Sufi Dance at Mind Your Body Pocatello
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of the Ancient practice of Sufi Dancing with Zareen and Wayne. Simple movements and mantras are the magic elixir to slow us down enough so that awakening can reveal itself. The inner being opens like a flower blooming in the forest. \n\n\n\nWe’ll be dancing at the Mind Your Body Studio \n\n\n\nMeetup beforehand: 6:30 – Registration at Dudes Market next door \n\n\n\nThere is a yoga class ending before our dance so please come to the coffee shop next door for a cup of tea\, snack and meetup.  \n\n\n\nDance time: 7:00+ We’ll head to the Yoga Studio after the yoga class leaves. Use the front door entrance. Bring a bottled water and only soft-soled shoes or no shoes are permitted for dancing. Wayne welcomes new musicians into the circle to learn this practice of meditative giving with your musical instruments. Contact us beforehand. \n\n\n\nZareen is a long time Sannyasin\, Sufi and Nonduality teacher. Zareen dropped from ego attachment in 1990 and has been sharing eclectic awakening practices since then.
